Movie Tickets for Sale at Stonecrest this Thursday 2.30-4.

Council will be selling AMC Movie tickets at the school this Thursday March 11th -- just in time for March Break!
Tickets will be sold in the classrooms from 2.30 to 3.30 to students and in the lobby to parents from 3.30 to 4
Tickets are $9 each (a saving on the usual adult price of $12.50).

We will accept cash or cheques (payable to Stonecrest Elementary School Council.

If your child is being picked up and not taking the bus home, please send a note to the homeroom teacher in the morning or contact the office at least 15 minutes prior to dismissal at 3:35.
In order to ensure the safe and timely departure of all our students, we will no longer be able to stop individual buses in order to get students off after students have been dismissed and have boarded the buses at 3:35.

Stonecrest E.S. is a very dynamic school. We are proud of our efforts in creating a safe and positive learning environment for our students. Our dedicated, energetic staff is committed in providing varied learning opportunities to ensure progress and success for all our students. Extra-curricular activities are also offered during the lunch hour to enhance our students learning experiences.

The parental and community support provided to Stonecrest reflects a collaborative partnership and culture that we value. Our active School Council meets monthly to discuss school initiatives.We have an enrolment of approximately 800 students from JK to Grade 8. Stonecrest offers Regular English (JK-8), Early French Immersion (SK-8), and Middle French Immersion (4-8). All our students are bused to school.
We are located in the rural northwest area of the City of Ottawa, (West Carleton) including Dunrobin, Woodlawn, ConstanceBay, FitzroyHarbour, Kinburn, and Galetta.
